The Farm at Old Edwards in Highlands, North Carolina has long been one of my favorite wedding venues, so learning that it was destroyed by fire just two weeks after this beautiful celebration was truly heartbreaking. Having photographed several weddings at this iconic Highlands venue over the years, I've always loved its timeless charm, breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountain setting, and the warm hospitality that made every wedding feel so special. While it's impossible not to feel the loss of such a beloved place, Sally & Chris’s wedding reminds me that the true heart of every celebration is the people. I'm especially grateful to have documented this incredible day and to preserve the beauty of The Farm at Old Edwards as it was—a place filled with laughter, love, unforgettable moments, and stunning mountain views. It is an honor to showcase this wedding and celebrate the legacy of one of the most cherished wedding venues in Highlands, NC. I can’t wait to see them come back!!
